Replaced this aged Asbestos siding with New James Hardie lap siding in Monterey Taupe with Cobble Stone James Hardie trim. New gutters and downspouts. New Owens Corning shingles Duration series. Built new front portico and repaired side deck and stairs. Painted both structures. Project cost $88200
