We completed a full-scale window replacement project for this two-story colonial-style home in Jacksonville. Our team removed dated units and addressed wood rot at the sills before installing new energy-efficient double-hung and single-hung windows throughout the residence. We also updated the exterior access points with new glass-paned French doors to match the home's traditional aesthetic. To enhance the interior, we installed custom white plantation shutters and cafe-style louvered shutters, providing both privacy and light control. We used high-quality Andersen windows with classic grid patterns to maintain the architectural character of the property. The final result significantly improved the home's thermal performance and curb appeal.
