We completed the full window and door installation for this new residential build in Melrose. Our team handled everything from framing the rough openings and applying ZIP System sheathing to the final sealing of each unit. We focused on creating a weather-tight envelope to ensure long-term durability and energy performance. We integrated premium Andersen sliding and single-hung windows along with glass-panel entry doors throughout the home. Every unit was precisely measured using laser technology and secured with ZIP System flashing tape and KingSpan self-adhered flashing. These high-performance materials provide the structure with exceptional moisture protection and superior thermal efficiency.
