This project involved a complete restoration and renovation of a laundry room after a leaking washing machine caused water damage to the surrounding materials. Water had penetrated the flooring, baseboards, and lower sections of the drywall, creating moisture buildup and potential mold risk. The goal of the project was not only to repair the damage but also to upgrade the space into a high-end, functional laundry room.
