🏠 Roof Vent Leak Repair & Interior Restoration This project involved a comprehensive response to a water ingress issue originating from a faulty roof vent pipe. The leak had caused significant moisture damage to the ceiling, window area, and adjacent walls. YVR Construction Group provided a complete solution, from leak detection to final aesthetic finishing. Project Scope & Execution: Leak Detection & Mitigation: Our team successfully located the source of the leak at the roof vent pipe and addressed the structural issue to prevent further water ingress. Demolition of Damaged Materials: We removed all water-damaged drywall from the ceiling and walls to ensure no moisture was trapped within the envelope. Drywall Installation: Supplied and installed new drywall, followed by professional taping, mudding, and sanding to create a seamless surface. Painting & Finishing: The project was completed with a full interior paint job, restoring the ceiling, window trim, and walls to their original condition.
