Due to a water leak from the existing Jacuzzi, this bathroom required a complete renovation. We removed the Jacuzzi and water-damaged materials, addressed the affected areas, and redesigned the space to create a modern and functional walk-in shower. The renovation included a custom-built shower bench, recessed shampoo niche, Riobel shower faucet and trim, and custom shower glass. We also replaced the wall and floor finishes throughout the bathroom to achieve a clean, consistent, and high-quality finish. This project was particularly challenging because the tenant remained living in the property throughout the renovation. We also discovered asbestos-containing drywall, which required careful planning and proper asbestos abatement procedures. The affected materials were safely removed and the work was coordinated to minimize disruption while the tenant continued to occupy the property. Despite these challenges, we successfully completed the renovation and transformed the water-damaged bathroom into a modern, functional, and beautifully finished space.
