YVR Construction Group was hired by a homeowner in West Vancouver to provide specialized custom carpentry and finishing services, tackling both unique aesthetic challenges and general trim upgrades. The core project began with a brainstorming session to address a large, unsightly gap around a ceiling-mounted heat pump unit. We provided and executed a high-quality solution by installing custom crown molding around the unit, seamlessly integrating it with the ceiling and improving the room's appearance. Impressed by the quality, the owner expanded the project to include installing new window stools throughout the area. The final scope of work involved meticulous caulking and painting of both the new window stools and the heat pump crown molding. As a complimentary service, we also installed a microwave cover .
