We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this residential property and its adjacent workshop in El Reno following significant hail damage. The project began with a full tear-off of the compromised materials to inspect the structural integrity of the decking. We installed new OSB sheathing and applied G.A.P. GuardShield underlayment to create a high-performance moisture barrier across the structures. For the final installation, we utilized heavy-duty asphalt shingles and updated the ventilation system with new roof vents and flashing. In addition to the roofing work, we framed and constructed a custom wooden patio cover to provide a more functional and protected outdoor space. The resulting upgrades offer superior weather protection and long-term durability for the entire property.
