Elevated Deck Restoration and Staircase Refinishing in Rosharon, Texas
This customer had a deck that was severely bad shape. flaking paint. We sanded off years of paint that was not applied properly to nearly bare wood and restained/sealed the entire deck. It was last 7-10 years whereas previous attempts only lasted for 2-3 years. We completed a comprehensive restoration of an elevated wooden deck and wrap-around porch for this home in Rosharon. Our team focused on stripping away years of weathered, peeling white paint from the main platform, railings, and the primary staircase to prepare the surfaces for a long-lasting finish. We ensured the structural integrity of the stairs was sound before proceeding with the aesthetic upgrades. Using professional-grade floor sanders and handheld grinders, we sanded the wood down to create a smooth, clean surface for optimal paint adhesion. We applied Behr Porch & Patio Floor Paint in a clean grey and white palette, significantly improving the home’s curb appeal while protecting the wood against the Texas elements. The finished project provides a refreshed, durable outdoor living space that complements the elevated structure of the residence.
