Oregon District Historic Remodel

This project involved transforming a duplex into a single family home. During the remodel we made every effort incorporate original materials, including the doors and woodwork. While other areas of this home are all new. This project had its challenges as we worked to determine the best way to utilize the space of this home as we combined the two sides. This was a fun project to be a part of, especially since Jim's grandfather built his first home in the Oregon District.
