We performed a comprehensive tile roof lift and lay for this residence in Temecula. Our team carefully removed the existing brown concrete tiles to inspect the deck and identify any compromised sections of the secondary water barrier. We focused on resolving issues where weathered tiles and aged flashing had allowed debris and moisture to accumulate near the underlayment. During the restoration, we installed new heavy-duty roofing underlayment and replaced several plumbing vent stacks and arched attic vents. We also addressed areas of moss growth and secured all tiles to ensure long-term durability and proper drainage. This process effectively revitalized the roofing system using the original materials while providing modern leak protection.
