Every section of a roof deserves the right roofing system. For this project, we replaced a small low-slope section using a traditional three-layer Dibiten APP modified bitumen roofing assembly consisting of a fiberglass base sheet, a smooth APP membrane, and a white granulated cap sheet. Although it covered a relatively small area, the same attention to detail went into every seam, flashing, and transition as it would on a complete roof replacement. Small roof sections often protect some of the most vulnerable parts of a home, making proper installation just as important as the materials themselves. Sometimes it's the smallest sections of a roof that make the biggest difference.
