Temecula Tile Roof Lift and Lay with Malarkey Underlayment

We completed a full tile roof lift and lay on this Temecula property to address aging underlayment and worn roofing components beneath the existing concrete tile system. Our crew carefully removed the roof tiles to expose the roof deck and inspect the condition of the underlying structure. During the project, we replaced damaged sections of wood sheathing to restore a solid nailing surface and ensure long-term structural integrity. We then installed new Malarkey Right Start underlayment throughout the roofing system for upgraded waterproofing protection beneath the tile assembly. As part of the restoration, we also updated roof flashing and metal transitions around penetrations and critical leak-prone areas to improve drainage and weather resistance. Once the new waterproofing system was complete, the existing roof tiles were reset and secured back into place. This lift and lay project helped extend the life of the existing tile roof system while upgrading the waterproofing components underneath. Project Types:
