This advanced septic system installation includes a complete upgrade to the Norweco Singulair Green R3 system with a Low-Pressure Pipe (LPP) Mound System, ensuring reliable, efficient wastewater treatment. System Components & Installation: 0 Installed 4” building sewer from 5 feet off the foundation wall to the new trash tank, embedded in stone and properly pitched, with a no-shear Fernco connection to the existing building drain. 4” cleanout added for future access and maintenance. Installed a new 1000-gallon concrete tank to serve as the lift station tank. Fitted with a ½ HP pump with a 2” discharge line and an exterior high water alarm with dosing panel for safety and system monitoring. - Risers brought to grade for easy access. LPP Mound System Construction: - Constructed a 113 cubic yard mound system engineered for efficient effluent dispersal. - Installed 170 linear feet of drip pipe for even distribution. Final touch: seeded and installed erosion control blankets to ensure proper stabilization and turf establishment.
