Springtree Restoration was engaged to inspect a local daycare facility in Plano, Texas following storm damage and identified significant issues with both the asphalt shingle roof and flat roof sections. Our team completed a comprehensive restoration, including installation of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and a 60 mil GAF TPO roofing system over new recovery board. Prior to installation, damaged roof decking was repaired to ensure a solid and reliable substrate. The project also included exterior paint improvements and the addition of spray foam attic insulation to enhance energy efficiency.
