In the front part of this shop, we had to diamond grind the floor to provide a concrete surface profile that would prepare the floor to be ready for coating. We installed a polyurea base coat with a full broadcast chip floor. Then we applied a Poly aspartic clear coat. In the back portion we had to grind the floor with 30 grit metal bond diamond, then re-grind to clean the floor surface, before vacuuming and installing a poly aspartic clear coat.
