1. Stripped Roof down to the Decking, Inspected Decking, Removed Roof Top Cooler, Patched all Holes & Bad Plywood. 2. Building did not have Soffit Vents, so we cut in Hidden roof vents on the eave of the Roof, and installed Box vents at the top to make sure building vents properly. 3. Install new Ice & water Shield on Eaves and Underlayment. 4. Install new Malarkey Highlander Architectural shingles Color is silverwood.
