Crack injection procedure: • Mechanical and chemical surface preparation of the concrete substrate surrounding the crack • Installation of surface-mounted injection ports and sealing of the crack with epoxy adhesive to contain injection material • Injection of high-velocity, hydrophobic polyurethane resin under pressure to achieve full-depth penetration and expansive reaction for structural sealing and water mitigation
