Septic Tank Installation (1000 Gallons)
Ensure your septic system runs efficiently and safely with a 1060-gallon Infiltrator plastic septic tank installation. A properly functioning tank prevents backups, protects your property, and promotes sanitation. Our experienced team provides a seamless, code-compliant installation—safeguarding your home and system performance for years to come. Scope of Work Includes: • Pumping, Collapsing, and Filling of Existing Tank: Remove all contents, collapse, and fill the existing tank per local code. • Excavation for New Tank: Excavate to proper depth and grade based on the elevation of the existing building drain. • Tank Installation: Set a 1060-gallon Infiltrator plastic tank on a 4-inch base of CA-7 stone. Install with a 24-inch riser to finished grade (±3 inches). • Inlet Connection: Connect the existing building drain to the tank inlet using 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe with a two-way cleanout and shear-proof Fernco fitting to adapt to the existing line. • Outlet Connection: Install 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe from the tank outlet to the septic field drain. (Final grade and pitch must be verified; additional work may be required if adjustments are necessary.) • Health Department Inspection: Coordinate and provide inspection of the tank by the governing health department for compliance. • Backfill: Backfill the tank area using soils from the excavation, leaving a slight mound to allow for natural settling.
