Our epoxy team completed a high-performance ESD epoxy floor system installation for an industrial business, ensuring durability, safety, and proper static control. This 1,800 sq. ft. space (36’x50’) required extensive preparation and attention to detail to achieve a flawless finish. We began by grinding off the existing floor coating and profiling the concrete to create a surface profile rating of 3, which is critical for proper adhesion and long-term performance of ESD flooring systems. Careful preparation ensures that the epoxy bonds correctly and delivers consistent conductivity across the entire floor. Once the surface was properly prepared, we applied the full ESD epoxy system designed to withstand the demands of industrial environments while providing reliable electrostatic discharge protection. The result is a durable, functional, and professional-grade floor built to last.
