We completed a detailed roof and balcony repair project at a home in Lakeway, TX. Our team replaced three cracked “S” concrete tiles and refreshed aging sealant across the roof system to ensure long-lasting protection and preserve the roof’s curb appeal. We also restored the balcony surface by removing the existing coating, thoroughly cleaning and prepping the concrete, and installing a GAF epoxy primer followed by a textured GAF Traffic Coat pedestrian system for enhanced durability and safety. With a 25–50 year limited material warranty on the tile, this home is set up for long-term performance and peace of mind.
