We completed a roof repair in Austin, TX after our inspection revealed loose, missing, and exposed fasteners, along with missing hip and ridge shingles that left sections of the decking exposed. These issues were consistent with wind-related damage and created a high risk for leaks and further deterioration. To restore the roof’s integrity, we carefully disassembled the affected areas down to the decking and inspected the substrate for any underlying damage, making repairs where needed. We applied ice & water shield around vulnerable areas and added synthetic underlayment to reinforce the repair zones. We then installed new GAF Luxury shingles according to manufacturer specifications and finished with a full preventative maintenance tune-up, sealing all exposed fasteners across the roof system to strengthen long-term protection.
