What do you do when your combines are getting bigger? Why, you raise your building of course! This building had rotted posts all the way around and it was about 2 feet too low so we removed the siding and replaced the post bottoms with custom sized perma-columns and raised it 30 inches. New siding, doors, and skirt boards and the building is better than new!
