Scope of Work Included: Window Perimeter Sealant Replacement – Removal and replacement of all perimeter sealants around window frames using high-performance silicone sealant, restoring weatherproofing and preventing water and air infiltration. Glass-to-Metal Wet Glazing – Replacement of all wet glazing seals at glass-to-frame interfaces to re-establish a continuous, watertight barrier. Mullion Joint Sealant Installation – Installation of Dow 123 Preformed Silicone Sealant at vertical and horizontal mullion joints, delivering a clean, long-lasting retrofit solution without disturbing existing curtain wall components. This project restored the full performance of the glazing system, extended the life of the façade, and safeguarded the building against future water intrusion issues.
