We recently completed a full broadcast epoxy flake floor system in this customer’s garage — extending the coating across the landing, steps, and even around the foundation perimeter for a clean, continuous finish. To enhance both safety and style, we added bold black stripe outlines along the step edges and landing border, clearly marking the step-down area while giving the space a crisp, finished look.
