Replaced 3-5 broken tiles. Caulk and seal around roof penetrations. Pick-up the existing tile around the upper front dead valley. Install a New SA Modified Roof System, In the dead valley and tie into the existing pitch roof. Install new gravel stop rake flashing along the short rake edge and new elevated battens. Re-Install the existing tile back to code and tie into the existing tile roof.
