Re-seal the upper deck - Trim board. Re-seal the gap along the concrete and the stucco. Install a 3/4" foam strip to fill the gap and then install a concrete crack filler sealant. Re-seal the cracks in the header board, with clear silicone. Seal the cut in the stucco, below the header board with the closet exterior caulking, to match the existing stucco.
