We completed a roof repair in Austin, TX after the homeowner reported an active leak. Our inspection confirmed the source of the issue and identified exposed fasteners, degraded pipe boots, and a missing gable exhaust vent, all of which were allowing water intrusion. To restore the roof’s integrity, we applied a triple-coat sealant system to the affected areas, repaired and sealed the pipe boots, and sealed all exposed fasteners. We also properly fastened and sealed the failing flashing and replaced the missing vent cover, ensuring it was installed and sealed correctly.
