Kitchen Cabinet Painting | Muskegon Michigan
This project consisted of refinishing existing kitchen cabinetry using a combination of on-site and off-site finishing to ensure consistent quality, proper curing, and minimal disruption to the residence. All cabinet doors were removed, labeled, and transported to an off-site shop for controlled preparation and finishing. Cabinet boxes were protected, cleaned, sanded, and prepared in place. An adhesion-promoting Extreme Bond Primer was applied to all cabinet box surfaces, followed by finish coats of Emerald UTE Satin in Stock White, applied per manufacturer specifications. While cabinet boxes were coated on-site, cabinet doors were prepped, painted, and finished off-site under controlled conditions to achieve a uniform, spray-applied finish. Multiple coats were applied with appropriate dry and cure times observed between applications. Upon completion of finish coats, all masking was removed and work areas were cleaned. Cabinet components were staged for final installation following proper cure time. The completed finish significantly brightened the kitchen and refreshed the existing cabinetry, providing a clean, uniform appearance consistent with a like-new installation.
