Pick up a 10'x10' ft section above the leak area. Removed old lath, battens, and 30# underlayment. Replaced approx. 1-sheet of damage wood rot. Installed new Ice and water shield underlayment. Installed New Elevated tile batten system. Replaced approx. 25-30 cracked or broken field tiles, through out the roof.
