We repaired damaged field shingles on the upper southeast roof section and replaced them with new CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color Colonial Slate, tying them into the existing roof and hand-sealing the repair area. A storm collar was installed around the furnace flue pipe and sealed with clear silicone, and the concrete chimney cap was re-sealed with concrete sealant to help fill major gaps and cracks. We also reattached the soffit on the upper north/east roof section, installed approximately 130 feet (13 pieces) of 1x2 drip edge flashing along gutters missing drip edge, and trimmed tree branches off the roof.
