This latest installation highlights just how well a Daikin air source heat pump integrates into a modern new-build property designed around a low-temperature heating system. The system has been carefully designed to operate with a maximum flow temperature of just 35 °C, even at an outdoor design temperature of -3 °C. This demonstrates how, when a property is built correctly and the heating system is designed from the outset with heat-pump performance in mind, exceptional efficiency and comfort can be achieved without excessive temperatures or oversized equipment. 🔧 Commissioning Done Properly A key feature of this project is the depth and quality of commissioning carried out by Elite Services Group. We don’t simply “turn systems on” — every installation is fully optimised, balanced, and tested to ensure it performs exactly as intended from day one. Particular attention was given to system water quality, which plays a critical role in long-term efficiency and reliability. All commissioning was completed in line with the German water quality standard VDI 2035, ensuring the system water meets strict requirements for conductivity, hardness, and cleanliness. By adhering to VDI 2035, we protect internal components, prevent corrosion and sludge formation, and significantly prolong the lifespan of the entire heating system — something that is often overlooked but vital for long-term performance. ✅ Built for Efficiency.
