This project in Pawtucket, RI involved a full roof replacement on a hip-style home, including complete decking replacement to restore a solid structural foundation. The existing roof deck was compromised and required new plywood installation to create a proper nailing surface and ensure long-term system performance. Once rebuilt, we installed a full Owens Corning roofing system, including U20 synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, and ProEdge ridge caps for a clean, finished look. All valleys were reinforced with ice & water shield to handle high water flow areas and prevent future leaks. The ridge was also sawed open and fitted with a ridge vent system to provide proper attic ventilation. From structure to finish, this roof was rebuilt the right way — starting with the deck and finishing with a complete, high-performance system.
