This project in Winchester focused on bringing a high-end, classical feel to a grand interior staircase and second-floor landing. Instead of standard vertical pickets, we utilized specialized Rossi Series ornamental panels to match the sophisticated architecture of the home. Craftsmanship & Material Details: Rossi Series Panel Selection: The design features a heavy-duty layout using a variety of specific Rossi panels, including ROS F, ROS A-1, B-2, and D-2, to maintain perfect symmetry across the property. Complex Geometry: A significant portion of the work involved precision-fitting these ornamental panels to follow the custom curve of the second-floor balcony and the specific pitch of the staircase. Custom Terminations: We utilized dedicated Right and Left Rossi Series Termination Panels to ensure every railing section ended with a clean, intentional look against the walls and posts. Integrated Handrail: The ornamental ironwork is topped with a smooth, continuous handrail that follows the flow of the grand staircase, providing both a secure grip and a refined finish. By utilizing these specialized Rossi designs, we delivered a high level of detail that transforms the staircase into a central architectural focal point.
