For this project, our team addressed both interior and exterior repairs to restore damaged areas and maintain the home’s overall appearance. Inside the home, we repaired a damaged section of the kitchen ceiling above the cabinets, carefully patching and preparing the area before applying paint to blend the repair with the surrounding ceiling. We color matched the existing ceiling paint as closely as possible to maintain a consistent look. On the exterior, we removed and replaced two damaged fascia boards, ensuring the new boards were properly installed, caulked, primed, and painted to match the existing trim. All exterior painting was completed using Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint Exterior to provide a durable, long-lasting finish.
