We performed a complete residential roof replacement in Rio Rancho, NM. Our team removed the existing, aged asphalt shingles to inspect the underlying roof deck, replacing damaged plywood sheathing as needed to ensure a solid foundation. We then installed a durable synthetic underlayment to protect against moisture before laying new, high-performance architectural asphalt shingles. We also integrated new flashing around existing chimney flues, plumbing vent pipes, and the mounted evaporative cooling system to provide reliable, long-term weatherproofing.
