Legendary Services Co. completed a multi-scope improvement project at a duplex property in St. Louis, MO. Work included removal of the existing rear entry door, transom, and surrounding frame, reframing the opening, installation of a new pre-hung exterior door and storm door, sealing and insulating the assembly, and painting the new door and trim for a weather-tight finish. Additional work included installing rigid insulation board and decorative wall paneling on the rear kitchen wall, replacing and finishing the window trim on the same wall, and replacing the existing electrical outlet with a new code-compliant outlet using exterior-rated conduit and a weather-resistant cover. The project improved energy efficiency, function, and overall finish quality in the rear entry and kitchen wall area.
