Opus, a commercial builder, invited us to bid on a landscaping project for Normandale Lutheran Church in Edina. We approached the opportunity knowing we would be correcting the work of a previous contractor whose poor installation had ultimately cost the church both time and money. The space was intended to serve as an outdoor worship area, but the existing turf was uneven, improperly graded, and unsuitable for use. After being awarded the project, our team mobilized quickly and completed the work in a single day. We regraded the area with the proper equipment, installed new sod, and added a variety of perennial shrubs to enhance the space. Since completing the project, we’ve built a strong ongoing relationship with the church. They’ve trusted us with multiple additional projects and have relied on us as their full-time commercial property maintenance provider for the past three years.
