Praise God Painting was selected to complete interior finishing work at Pierce Hall at Emory University, delivering a clean, professional result in a high-visibility academic environment. This project involved the preparation and finishing of newly installed CMU (cementitious) wall panels and trim across two large interior rooms. Prior to our arrival, the contractor installed 9’ CMU boards on all walls, along with 2’ upper boards and trim detailing to complete the wall systems. Our team provided full finishing services, including: Detailed caulking of all seams, joints, and trim Priming of all surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and uniform coverage Application of two finish coats using high-quality paint in a satin/eggshell sheen for durability and a refined appearance Each room measured approximately 44’ x 20’, totaling 1,760 square feet of wall surface area. The selected color palette maintained a cohesive, professional look suitable for a university setting.
