Praise God Painting completed a multi-scope commercial project at a busy retail center, delivering detailed exterior painting and interior stairwell refinishing across several sections of the property. This project required coordination across multiple areas while maintaining a clean, professional appearance for an active commercial environment. Our work included painting select building facias and architectural columns, as well as a full refresh of a multi-level stairwell system. The stairwell scope consisted of detailed preparation and painting of handrails, safety cages, kickplates, and structural beams, along with additional areas such as the top-level landing (“bird’s nest”) and basement-level components. We also expanded the project scope to include painting interior concrete walls within the stairwell, ensuring a consistent and refreshed appearance throughout. During the course of the project, the scope evolved to address field conditions and property needs. This included expanding originally quoted areas—such as completing both sides of select facias and columns for a uniform finish—as well as incorporating pressure washing services across all applicable surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and long-term durability of the coatings.
