Mountain Creek Townhomes – Full Exterior Renovation Summary Located adjacent to the iconic Stanley Hotel, the Mountain Creek Townhomes underwent a comprehensive exterior transformation across all 18 units, significantly enhancing both performance and curb appeal. The project included the complete removal and reconstruction of all existing decks, replacing aging structures with new, high-quality builds finished with a uniform stain to complement the property’s natural aesthetic. We also removed and replaced over 260 original windows, many of which were more than 25 years old, upgrading the entire complex with premium Pella windows. This included the new interior and exterior trim replacement. In addition, 7 patio doors—including both French doors and sliding glass doors—were replaced to improve energy efficiency and functionality throughout the property. The exterior scope continued with a full roof replacement across the entire complex, along with the installation of new gutters and downspouts, ensuring long-term weather protection and drainage performance. To complete the transformation, we performed a full exterior staining of the cedar siding, carefully matching the finish across all surfaces, including the newly constructed decks, creating a cohesive and elevated mountain-modern appearance. This large-scale renovation not only revitalized the property visually but also brought all major exterior components up to modern performance standards—positioning Mountain Creek Townhomes as a standout property in a premier location next to the Stanley.
