We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration and painting project for a residential center at Emory University in Oxford. Our team addressed significant paint failure and wood rot on the large architectural columns and exterior trim. This project required extensive surface preparation to stabilize the facade elements and ensure a durable finish. We utilized Bondo filler and acrylic caulk to repair damaged column bases and seal gaps across the building's exterior. After pressure washing and sanding, we applied premium exterior paint to the columns, window trim, and soffits. These improvements corrected visible deterioration and restored the facility's classical aesthetic.
