Residential Roof Repairing
The roof of the property was comprised of 5-10-year-old architectural shingles and was in good condition overall. There were minor signs of wear and tear, with some fibers showing and a slight loss of granules. Additionally, there were a few minor damages present, possibly due to the shade provided by the surrounding trees. To access the attic, pull-down stairs were installed in the garage, offering convenient entry. Inside the basement, the main service panel (MSP) was located behind the washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the customer did not have a cover for it, leaving it exposed. The electrical setup featured a split bus configuration that appeared crowded and lacked a main disconnect. Upgrading the system was deemed necessary to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
