We performed a detailed roof damage assessment and comprehensive exterior inspection for this two-story residence in Hot Springs Village. Our team systematically evaluated the asphalt shingle roof, identifying and marking specific areas of impact to document the condition of the shingles, turbine vents, and plumbing stacks. We utilized precision measurements and chalked assessment squares to map out hit counts across multiple roof facets, including the hips and valleys.
