We completed a full roof replacement for this single-story facility in Hot Springs to address extensive weathering and existing leaks. The original asphalt shingle roof showed significant degradation, particularly at the junctions of the stone chimneys where mortar and sealants had failed. Our team performed a total tear-off of the old materials, including necessary repairs to the wooden roof deck and structural supports.
