We completed a full roof replacement on this manufactured home and detached storage shed in Hot Springs. After identifying leaks caused by improper original installation and rusted flanges, we removed the existing shingles and addressed significant rot by replacing several damaged sections of the OSB roof decking. Our team installed GAF FeltBuster underlayment and high-quality GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in a rich brownish red tone. To ensure long-term durability and proper ventilation, we integrated new drip edges, ridge vents, and a complete aluminum gutter system. The project concluded with the installation of matching roofing on the backyard shed and a new wooden entrance staircase.
