We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story brick home in Hot Springs. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off of the aged asphalt shingles to assess the condition of the underlying structure. We identified and replaced several sections of rotted decking and fascia boards to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system. For the new installation, we utilized GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles paired with GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment for superior moisture protection. We also installed new GAF Pro-Start starter strips and replaced all plumbing vent boots and rusted exhaust caps. To improve attic ventilation, we integrated high-efficiency turbine vents, providing the homeowner with a durable and refreshed exterior.
