We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story brick home in Hot Springs. Our team performed a comprehensive inspection of the existing structure, identifying areas of wear before stripping the old shingles down to the roof deck. We focused on ensuring a clean, solid foundation for the new roofing system. For the new installation, we utilized GAF Timberline HDZ architectural asphalt shingles and GAF FeltBuster high-traction synthetic underlayment to provide superior weather protection. We also installed new turbine ventilators to improve attic circulation and long-term durability. The finished project provides the residence with a modern, high-performance roof that complements its traditional red brick exterior.
