We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this manufactured home in Hot Springs, which had been suffering from significant leaks and structural damage. Our team began by removing the temporary tarps and stripping the old roofing materials down to the deck to assess the extent of the wood rot. We identified numerous compromised areas and replaced the damaged decking with new OSB sheathing to restore the structure's integrity. To ensure long-term protection, we installed GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment before laying down new gray architectural asphalt shingles. The project was finished with the installation of new ridge vents and pipe boots to provide a reliable, weather-tight system. This full-scale renovation successfully transitioned the home from a temporary tarp solution to a durable, high-performance roofing system.
