We completed a comprehensive roofing replacement for this unique stucco home in Hot Springs. Our team addressed significant wood rot by replacing damaged rafters, fascia boards, and roof decking that had suffered from long-term moisture exposure. We transformed the existing weathered tile roof into a durable, multi-surface system. We installed high-performance Owens Corning Duration shingles in a classic terra cotta color to complement the home's architectural style. For the lower-slope sections, we utilized a TPO membrane system to ensure superior water management. The project also included flashing around the masonry chimney to provide lasting protection against the elements.
